Les Olivettes dam, Vailhan (France 1987) - RCC dam (36 m high, 254 m long) for flood mitigation (catchment area: 29.5 km2) - Stepped spillway: h = 0.6 m, ogee crest, W = 40 m, Qmax = 290 m3/s, energy dissipation: steps + dowsntream plunge pool. View from downstream, with the counterweir and plunge pool in foreground in March 2003.
