Tsunami run-up (5)

The photo shows a tsunami run-up onto a 1:10 sloping beach with a offshore still water depth of 0.150 m in a hydraulic model at VAW. The dark area of the back wall shows the wave envelope. The top of the wave impacts the sloping beach and splashes up.
